I ran this thru the hot cycle and it was not any cleaner, it did not remove any mildew or mold from the rubber seal, send me my money back,

In situations like this I would have hoped that you would have called me using the contact number on the jar so we can discuss. I still have not received this order I placed in June

I was hoping to avoid taking my washing machine apart to clean the tub out so I tried this product after so much promotion on the Gary Sullivan show. It didn’t work. I took my washer apart and cleaned the tub last year and have been using the tide cleaning packs every few months. But those didn’t work. It started stinking again. So I followed the directions and ran a cleaning cycle. Did it again. And then I ran it two more times but this time putting in about three times the amount. But it didn’t work. When I took the tub apart today, there was still a bunch of grime around the tub and in the bottom layer of the plastic drum. I was really hoping this was going to do the trick but I was disappointed.
