About the Ahhsome Clarity product AND the Ahhsome cleaner for the biofilm problem I was having. I had been having a serious problem with biofilm for about two years and was ready to get rid of my hot tub. I talked with Jim and was given great instructions on how to use the cleaner and follow up with the Aqua Clarity. I finally put that biofilm to rest and after a full year of using the Aqua Clarity I'm so happy to be having an issue free hot tub, you have no idea how bad that biofilm can be. I've just ordered another year worth of Aqua Clarity and can give it a 5 star rating!

    Love the weekly maintenance packs! Each week we seem to see improvement in the decreasing foam and overall less “body residue” in the water.

    Haven’t had the need for a shock yet but looking forward to adding some aroma therapy when we do!

    I’ve got super soft water with a total home softening system. While by-passing the softener when filling the tub completely, adding water to keep the tub at optimum level requires a little help to harden. This seems to work well in achieving the level of hardness needed.
