In situations like this I would have hoped that you would have called me using the contact number on the jar so we can discuss. I was hoping to avoid taking my washing machine apart to clean the tub out so I tried this product after so much promotion on the Gary Sullivan show. It didn’t work. I took my washer apart and cleaned the tub last year and have been using the tide cleaning packs every few months. But those didn’t work. It started stinking again. So I followed the directions and ran a cleaning cycle. Did it again. And then I ran it two more times but this time putting in about three times the amount. But it didn’t work. When I took the tub apart today, there was still a bunch of grime around the tub and in the bottom layer of the plastic drum. I was really hoping this was going to do the trick but I was disappointed.
